Delete your account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your SteelRep account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your user profile and preferences
  • All workout history and logs
  • Custom exercises and program modifications
  • Personal records and statistics
  • Any subscription data (if applicable)

What we retain

We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement. This data cannot be linked back to you.

We also retain records required by law (e.g., financial transactions for tax purposes) for the legally mandated retention period.

How to delete your account

Option 1: In-app deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the SteelRep app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email request

If you cannot access the app, email us at privacy@steelrep.app with:

  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your account

Processing time

Account deletion is processed within 7 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before deleting.
